With more than 10 years of experience as a Michelin chef, Jonas Harboe Frederiksen will create an oyster installation tailormade for us with sustainable & free-dived oysters, local hand-picked flowers and home-made bubbles served as a pop-up in the Copenhagen based design, Fashion & Art agency Intro-Outro.
