  • Kristo Ovaska Taito.ai is a Finnish legend, and an OG of the Nordic startup scene. A successful serial entrepreneur and key person in the ecosystem. Exited Smartly after growing it to above 100 m$ rev. Now the founder and CEO of Taito.ai. Key roles in Aaltoes, Startup Sauna, the Startup Foundation+++.

  • Jasper MillsEthira is the co-founder and CEO of Ethira, an AI native platform focused on helping companies manage risk and operational resilience. She has an impressive operator background and a great substack. Read up and get ready for interesting discussions:)!

  • Alex Lim - IVP is General Partner at IVP, a global growth-stage venture capital firm with a long track record of backing technology companies through IPO and large-scale expansion. He partners with founders as they scale internationally.

  • Nikolaj Nyholm - is a serial entrepreneur and investor with multiple tech exits, including companies acquired by Apple and Vodafone. He founded Astralis, one of the world’s leading esports brands, and appears as an investor on Denmark’s Løvens Hule (Dragons’ Den).

  • Kelly Kung Accel is a Partner at Accel, and a pro-level golfer. She is rumoured to be a good skier as well.. Previously worked at General Atlantic and J.P. Morgan and was an AI Fellow at Harvard University.

  • Pauliina Martikainen-RahnuMaki.vc is General Partner at Maki.vc. She is the youngest female managing partner in Europe and has lived in both New York and Paris, before settling down in Helsinki. She previously co-founded Wave Ventures, one of Europe’s largest student-run VC firms.

  • Johan Brand - Kahoot! & We Are Human  is mostly known for having started and CEOed Kahoot, one of Norway's first Unicorn, but is now one of the most active angel and LP investors out of Oslo, through We Are Human. He is more than a little bit obsessed with the ocean and everything that has to do with it. Most comfortable on a sailboat or in visionary far ranging discussions. 

  • Charlotte WergerSaphenia is the Founder and CEO of Saphenia, where she is building the Context Backbone for Reliable Enterprise AI. She has some serious corporate exec experience through serving as Chief Data and AI Officer at H&M Group and also key exec roles at Richemont, Nike, and Van Lanschot Kempen.

  • Bastian Hasslinger- Index Ventures is Partner at Index Ventures, a global multi-stage venture capital firm backing technology companies across stages. Bastian is a former semi-pro snowboarder, so Nusfjord should be right up his alley. Previously, he was part of the early team at Picus Capital and later led its Berlin office.

  • Ken Villum Klausen - Lunar got early notoriety by riding donkeys (with strap-on horns) into Lunars afterworks in his early startup days. A decade later he has taken Lunar to unicorn status and he has personally become one of the most outspoken advocates of the Nordic startup scene.

  • Luke Pappas - NEA  is another California emigrant who is about to realise that the Nordics is the right place to settle down in Europe. He is one of NEAs London based partners and probably the american investor with most trips to the Nordics. Big adventure and experiences - perfect fit for Nusfjord!

  • Robert Jäckle Visionaries Club is Partner at Visionaries Club, a top-tier European early-stage venture capital firm. He has been part of the firm since its inception and co-leads its early-stage fund.

  • Jeanette Dyhre Kvisvik - Villoid is the founder and CEO of Villoid. Her background spans from McKinsey to television. She effortlessly transitions from fashion and culture, to business and scaling. Don’t let her easygoing way fool you, Jeanette is a hardcore founder with great stories and scars to prove it!

  • Valentino Pacifici - Sana is the COO of Sana, and a founding member of the team. As all Sanians he is a lifelong learner, on a quest to build the UI of AI. Previously at BCG Gamma, KTH and TEDxStockholm. As the trips only Italian we look forward to his judgement of the arctic pizza at Nusfjord. They are quite proud of it..!

  • Gabriel Vasquez - Andreessen Horowitz  is a Venezuela native who emigrated to the US and joined a16z. He has been a partner there since 2020 and is focused on both South America and Europe, in addition to being based in New York. Has become a regular in the Nordic startup scene, and had some legendary surfing sessions in Nusfjord 2025.

  • Filip Mark - Creandum has become a well known figure in the Nordic startup scene in record time. He is Swedish, but grew up in SF and emigrated back. He has a varied background and his experience as a ski guide in the alps and a sailing coach might prove to be valuable in Nusfjord. Comes from a mix of the startup, venture and corporate world, and is now all in on Creandum.

  • Stephan von Perger

    Stephan von Perger - Anthropic is a tech entrepreneur and startup ecosystem builder with 15+ years of experience, currently working on startup partnerships at Anthropic. The Berlin local also moonlights as a DJ and will set the vibe for our afterparty.

  • Samuel Beyer- General Catalyst is a partner at General Catalyst. A native German, based out of their Berlin office. He started his investment career at La Famiglia before going to GC. Likesflat german roads and motorbikes, lets see how that translates to the Lofoten alps:)

  • Chris Schnabl – Andreessen Horowitz is an Investment Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, having recently joined from a background in software engineering, with experience at Optiver and QuantCo.

  • Henrik Landgren Gilion is Co-Founder & CPTO of Gilion, an AI-powered funding platform helping founders scale with peace of mind. Before Gilion, he was a founding partner at EQT Growth, where he led the Motherbrain investment platform, and VP Analytics at Spotify.

  • Niko Karstikko - BOB W  is a Finnish serial entrepreneur with several investments, board positions and ventures under his belt. He is now on a mission to reinvent hospitality throughout Europe with BOB W. Check them out if you are staying a night or two in Oslo.

  • Martin Schütt - Askeladden is the founder of one of the most successful company builders in the Nordics, Askeladden. He has raised 300 m$ and initiated 30+ companies. The group has 1000ds of employees and their focus has shifted to tech companies over the recent years.

  • Helle UthPSV Tech is General Partner and Co-founder of PSV Tech, an early-stage VC investing in Nordic technology startups pre-product market fit. She’s got extensive experience backing and supporting early-stage software founders.

  • Axel Franck Næss- Tise is Co-founder and CTO of the Nordic second-hand fashion marketplace Tise, acquired by eBay in 2025, where he led product and technology for over a decade. Serial entrepreneur and an active early-stage investor. Pondering his next big thing!

  • Mattias Miksche- L26  - is Founder of L26, and angel investor and a Stockholm startup legend. Over the years, he has been an employee, founder, investor, and board member in 50+ tech companies across industries, stages, and geographies. He was the founder and CEO of one of Stockholm's first gaming companies that ended up becoming a talent factory for the scene, Startdoll. Daniel Eek was one of his early employees:)

  • Anna Adlarson - Kinnevik is one of few Nordic investors who can do both early and late stage investments. Kinnevik is a legendary investor headquartered out of Stockholm and Anna is responsible for investments in the Nordics. True adventurer and avid skier

  • Arne Halleraker - FJ Labs is a partner with the New York based early stage fund FJ Labs. They pride themselves in being one of the most active early stage investors in the world with over 1000 investments and a special focus on market places.

  • Finn Persson - Spintop Ventures is a veteran VC and advanced skier who runs mountains faster than most professional athletes. He makes no fuss about it and is the kindest, most helpful ski-buddy you will ever meet… as long as you're not slow. Probably how he thinks about investments as well!

  • Vegard Vik - Oda & Relief is the former CFO and co-founder of Oda, recognised as one of the two main mafia bosses in the Oda mafia. He recently emerged from stealth mode as co-founder of Relief Technologies, a new health tech startup set to radically reimagine pain treatment. He is also an active angel investor and startup board member.

  • Tom Even Mortensen - Sandwater is the managing partner of Sandwater VC. He is a seasoned executive and investor with many business roles. One worth highlighting is easy though; he sits on the board of The Norwegian Adventure Company, so if anyone needs adventure tips, Tom Even is your man!

  • Petter ReistadSanna is a former world champion skier and a serial entrepreneur, still in his twenties. He is the CEO of Sanna, a Nordic built accounting service designed to simplify financial management for founders and holding companies. He previously co-founded and exited Celsia.

  • David Ödling Abstr is CEO of Abstr, currently in stealth. He previously led product at Instabee and spent nearly a decade at Budbee as Head of Algorithms and Machine Learning. With a background in applied mathematics and engineering physics from KTH, David works at the intersection of deep tech and industry.

  • Johan Jessen - byFounder is an investor at byFounders, backing founders making “sci-fi real” across robotics, biotech, and next-generation computing. He previously worked on self-driving systems at Lyft and moonshot projects at Google X.

  • Lærke Hansen - Heartcore started out in Copenhagen and is today a fully fledged pan-European fund. Lærke focuses on the Nordics and brings experience across the full investment cycle from €250k to €10B+. She hates small planes, so getting her on board again this year says a lot about the excitement.

  • Lars Erik Fagernæs - Aviant is supplying the greater Stockholm region with drone delivered food... We can’t wait to try it! Lars Erik is a serial entrepreneur who is getting recognition in both Europe and US for their drone delivery service. Expanding fast and headquartered in Oslo.

  • Richard Leksell - Talentium brings over 15 years of experience as an investor, founder and operator. He is currently building Talentium, AI-powered hiring platform backed by EQT Ventures. Previously, he managed Bonit Capital, one of Sweden’s largest family investment firms, investing in VC/PE funds and early backers in companies such as Sana Labs. He's also a DJ and wine enthusiast!

  • Maria Portoles - Vsquared Ventures is a European deep tech investor. Started out in the Family Office world and made her way to venture. She is now a partner in Vsquared where she invests in the kind of companies you dream of building as a young entrepreneur. 

  • Aya Fabricius - Mesh is one of the main reasons we’re in Nusfjord. The community focused serial entrepreneur and creative is responsible for our network initiatives including Mesh Collective, our top-level startup network. Too Danish to ski, but always up for a beer and a chat. Whether that’s Heidegger’s take on technology or the latest Spurs game (crying internally).

  • Sune Alstrup - is a deep tech investor and entrepreneur who has backed more than 30 deep tech startups. He previously founded The Eye Tribe, an eye-tracking company acquired by Oculus (Meta), and was involved in NextMind, later acquired by Snap.

  • Anders Mjåset - Mesh is the co-founder and CEO of Mesh. Loves snowboarding and randonee skiing, but needs excuses to get out and do it now that he has two small kids. That's why the idea of Nusfjord came to be;)  One of the key players in the Norwegian startup ecosystem, with a goal of taking a bigger role in supporting founders across the Nordics in the coming years.

  • Tobias Bæck - BB & Dovetail is one of the most colorful multitalents and creative minds in the Norwegian startup ecosystem. Through BB he has been a part of many of the biggest startup successes in Norway and internationally. Also the man behind the most eclectic parties and notorious events like “An Interesting Day” (please bring it back).

  • Paddy Dillon – Left Lane Capital is a Vice President at Left Lane Capital, a global growth investment firm based in New York. He focuses on early and growth-stage investments and is helping build the firm’s European HQ in London.

  • Dennis Landfors - Normain‍ is Co-founder of Normain, an Extractional AI platform for advisory consulting that delivers trusted insights from complex documents. An engineer, MBA graduate, and serial entrepreneur, he's passionate about building AI that frees human potential.

  • Erik Lindblad – Inception Fund is Managing Partner at Inception Fund, backing early-stage B2B software and AI founders across the Nordics. Before venture, Erik built and sold consumer brands, including founding Pop Fruits and helping launch the fashion label CDLP. Will probably be found both surfing and skiing in Nusfjord!

  • Niels Martin Brochner - Paradox is Founder and CEO of Paradox, an AI company focused on improving organizational decision-making and knowledge sharing. Previously, he founded and led Contractbook, a contract management platform that became a leading European player.

  • Christian Broendum – Seed Capital is the Managing Partner at Seed Capital, one of Denmark’s leading early stage venture capital firms. He previously served as CEO of workforce management platform Planday, which scaled internationally and was acquired by Xero. Alongside his investing work, Christian holds board roles across several Nordic technology companies and brings extensive experience in SaaS, scaling, and company building.

  • Henrik Printzlau – Moment42 is Co-Founder of Moment42, an AI productivity platform for modern workplaces. He previously co-founded Templafy, a global enterprise SaaS company.

  • Jon Kåre Stene - Skyfall is the second person on the trip who is part of the inner core of the ODA mafia. He is a founder who turned to the dark side to start Skyfall Ventures, one of the best early stage funds run out of Norway. A duracell bunny who loves a proper adventure and early morning jogs.

  • Jesper Theil Thomsen - Soundboks is a politically engaged Thiel Fellow, youth leadership advocate, Gates Foundation Nordic Champion and YC Alumni. He is the founder and CEO of Soundboks which he started in his teens and has grown into a global brand and leading outdoor loudspeaker company… so he knows how to make a party anywhere - even Lofoten ;)

  • Andri Heiðar – Frumtak Ventures is a General Partner at Frumtak Ventures, Iceland's leading VC. A longtime ecosystem builder, Andri founded Klak Icelandic Startups, studied at Stanford, built products at LinkedIn during its hypergrowth, and even served as Iceland’s government CIO leading its digital transformation.

  • Sebastian Peck - Kompas is the German founder and managing partner of Kompas, who lives in Amsterdam and invests throughout Europe. He has an entrepreneurial background and has co-founded several companies prior to becoming an investor.

  • Mads Emil Dalsgaard - Klimate started and runs the fastest growing climate startup in Europe, Klimate.co. He is a serial entrepreneur, a college drop-out (having finished his first arts degree) and an avid climber. Nusfjord and Mats Emil sound like they are made for each other. We expect him to chase northern lights from the top of the surrounding mountains!

  • Axel Ahlström Kvanted Ventures is a Founding Partner and General Partner at Kvanted Ventures, a Nordic founded industrial tech investor backing early stage companies reshaping the real economy.

  • Triin HertmannFomo.Observer Fomo.Observer is the Co-founder of Fomo.Observer, a platform highlighting stories from the Estonian startup ecosystem. She is currently President of the Estonian Founders Society. Previously, Triin held senior roles at Wise and Skype, and she is active as an angel investor and fund LP.

  • Sara Resvik- Endeit Capital is a Partner at Endeit Capital, a European growth focused VC. She focuses on energy and climate tech, fintech, and B2B SaaS, supporting founders as they scale across European markets. She was referred to us as a great human being, so we have high expectations and can’t wait to get to know her - no pressure ;)

  • Henrik Hatlebrekke - Sondo was part of making StartupLab what is before going on to start Sondo - one of the rising star funds of the Nordics. Both Henrik and his partner and co-founder Kjetil are from Bergen, and though Henrik might come across as somewhat cocky (a bit like the Swedes), they are both super nice and goofy!

  • Ole Richard Korsan Stuwe – Sagafon is Founder at Sagafon and an active angel investor and LP. He previously co-founded Slow, a B2C sleep and meditation app, and has a background in music production and audio technology.

  • Tony NystenOpenOcean is Partner at OpenOcean, backing data-intensive software companies across Europe. Previously an Investment Manager at Tesi, where he worked on investments in companies like Swappie, IQM Quantum Computing, and Oura Health.

  • Knut Sandven - Sonair CEO is the Founder and CEO of Sonair, a deep tech company developing 3D ultrasonic sensors for autonomous robots. With a background spanning industrial technology, commercialization, and research collaboration, Knut focuses on making robotic systems safer and more accessible through advanced sensing technology.

  • Karen K. BurnsFyma is CEO and Co-founder of Fyma, a computer vision company delivering footfall, utilisation, and dwell time analytics to real estate developers and asset managers using existing camera infrastructure. Previously led a tech consultancy and is active in AI education and PropTech advisory roles.

  • Rune Boye Knudsen - Moxso is Co-founder and CEO of Moxso, a cybersecurity company focused on helping organizations build stronger and more resilient security practices. Rune combines technical execution with a strong emphasis on company culture, scaling teams that balance high performance with sustainable growth.

  • Mike Rogers

    Mike Rogers - Interplay help incubate, co-found, and invest in early-stage startups across sectors like marketplaces, fintech, and consumer tech. He previously worked in finance at firms like J.P. Morgan and Barclays, and is highly active in the New York startup ecosystem.

  • Kasper Juul - Kin is the founder and CEO of Kin, a personal AI for clarity and performance. He’s passionate about helping people think better and perform at their best. When he’s not building Kin, you’ll find him ski touring, chasing adventure, or tutoring MIT students on innovation.

  • Jimena Nowach

    Jimena Nowack - IVP is a partner at IVP, focused on investing in and scaling high-growth tech companies across Europe. Look out for her on the slopes as she will be exploring the mountains with us through the weekend.

  • Ahsan Amjad – ABC Labs is Founder and CEO of ABC Labs, a technology-driven diagnostics company. During the pandemic, ABC Labs grew into Sweden’s largest COVID-19 testing lab and is now building next-generation public health infrastructure.

  • Rune Hven-JensenUgly Duckling Ventures is Co-Founder and General Partner at Ugly Duckling Ventures, backing early-stage Nordic B2B software founders. Previously, he held product leadership roles at Planday prior to its €183.5M acquisition by Xero and is active as an angel investor and board member.

  • Joel Larsson – Pale Blue Dot Co-Founder and General Partner at Pale blue dot, a pre-seed & seed stage firm that partners with founders who upgrade the critical systems of our planet and humanity.

  • Lars Jensen - Scale Capital is a Founding Partner at Scale Capital, a Nordic venture fund investing in enterprise software and deep tech companies. A former founder himself, Lars focuses on helping European startups scale internationally, with strong ties between the Nordics, Germany, and the US market.

  • Kristjan Kristjansson - 50skills is Co-founder and CEO of 50skills, an AI-powered workflow automation platform enabling organizations to streamline HR and operational processes. He has founded multiple startups and remains active as an investor and board member.

  • Kristel Kruustuk- Testlio is Founder of Testlio, a managed crowdsourced testing platform used by companies like Microsoft, Netflix, and Amazon to improve software quality. She is one of the most well known and respected tech founders in Estonia, who also invests into the next generation of female founders.

  • Scott TullyHedosophia is Principal at Hedosophia. He previously worked at Bain Capital and BlackRock. Joined last year and learned the randonee kick turn on the way up through blood, sweat and tears :) Was rewarded with the sun coming out at the summit!

  • Ómar Thor Ómarsson - Optise is Co-founder and CEO of Optise, an AI-powered website insights platform helping B2B companies improve website performance and conversion. He brings over 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales and marketing leadership.

  • Dennis Green-Lieber - Propane is Founder and CEO of Propane, an AI-native platform for customer intelligence. A three-time founder, he has led product and engineering teams across SaaS companies including Falcon.io and TwentyThree.

  • Finnur Pind – Treble Technologies is Co-Founder and CEO of Treble Technologies, an audio technology company developing advanced acoustic simulation and synthetic audio tools.

  • Mathias Owing MaanumAntler Antler is a Partner at Antler, one of the world’s most active venture capital firms. He previously worked at Explore Equity and as a consultant at McKinsey. Runs their growth fund.

  • Leif Kristian Nestvold-Haugen - Chall is Founder of Chall, a platform designed to help young athletes develop skills and motivation through structured challenges. He is a former Norwegian Olympic medal-winning alpine skier.

  • Johan Nilsson - DNB is an investment banking professional at DNB Carnegie, working within the TMT (technology, media, and telecom) sector in Stockholm. He has an academic background from Linköping University and experience in corporate finance and advisory.

  • Caroline Cronstedt - Inception Fund is General Partner at Inception Fund, a Swedish early-stage venture capital firm backing technical founders at inception with a focus on AI. She brings experience across venture capital, M&A, and board leadership.

  • Mårten Skogö - node.vc is Partner at node.vc, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in Nordic technology startups. He previously co-founded Tobii, a global leader in eye-tracking technology.

  • Stine Mølgaard – Alliance VC is Partner at Alliance VC and a serial entrepreneur. She previously co-founded the healthtech AI company Radiobotics and is the author of the book F*ck It, Ship It. Another great founder turned VC.

  • Felicia Ottosson - DNB is an investment banking professional at DNB Carnegie, specializing in TMT, software and Fintech. She has a background in finance and has been recognized early in her career for strong academic and leadership achievements.

  • Marie Mostad - Startuplab is CEO of StartupLab, one of Norway’s leading incubators and early-stage investors supporting technology startups in Oslo and Bergen. Previously, she co-founded inzpire.me, later acquired by Schibsted, and held leadership roles in health tech at Rest Devices

  • Thomas Sveum - The Hub was inspired by AngelList and took on Danske Bank in the quest to create the best recruitment platform for the Nordic startup scene. In late 2023 his company, Startupmatcher, acquired The Hub, and a series of new products and models have been launched since to help founders succeed when hiring the right people to scale their business.

  • Martin Blomberg – Agteria Biotech is CEO and Co-Founder of Agteria Biotech, a climate biotech company developing feed additives to reduce methane emissions from cattle. He previously conducted research at Harvard Medical School.

  • Andreas Møyland – Trustbridge Partners is Investment Director at Trustbridge Partners, a global growth equity firm backing innovative companies across technology, healthcare, and media. He brings experience from private equity, shipping, and entrepreneurship - including co-founding a wine cabinet company - and now helps founders expand into new international markets.

  • Svein Ove Langeland – Momentum is Managing Partner at Momentum, a Norwegian VC investing in early growth-stage companies with a focus on sustainability and technology across sectors such as ocean industries, renewable energy, and agriculture.

  • Peter Beckman – Treyd is Co-Founder and CEO of Treyd, a fintech company providing buy-now-pay-later solutions for inventory financing. He previously worked as a strategy consultant and holds a PhD in Corporate Strategy.

  • Stine Lise Hattestad Bratsberg – Metsa is an entrepreneur and executive advisor with over two decades of experience in sustainability and business strategy. She has built and sold two companies, including Pure Consulting, acquired by KPMG, and is currently involved in Metsa.ai, an AI-powered platform for nature-based travel.

  • Madeleine Johansson Palmberg Bust is Managing Director and Partner at Bust, an investment firm backing consumer-focused companies. She previously worked at Storytel and Bain & Company.

  • Lucas H. Weldeghebriel - is the founder of Norway’s leading startup and tech publication, Shifter, which he built over a decade and led to acquisition by Schibsted. He is currently an Executive in Residence at StartupLab and is building something new.

  • Gabriel Ferraz – Creem is Co-Founder and CEO of Creem, building financial infrastructure for teams selling software globally. He brings a background across fintech, crypto, and product leadership.

  • Hermine Bonde Jahren - Braive is a Swedish entrepreneur and co-founder & CEO of Braive, a digital mental health platform. With a background in international business, she focuses on making high-quality therapy more accessible through technology.

  • Beata Enwall – Norrsken VC is an Investment Manager at Norrsken VC, backing early-stage companies across impact-driven sectors. She previously worked at BCG and brings experience across strategy and venture investing.

  • Anna Munthe-Kaas - Antler is Partner at Antler, managing their $100M Nordics pre-seed fund and investing in founders at Day 0. Previously, she's held commercial roles across big tech, VC and startups, including Meta, Rocket Internet and Arkwright X. 

  • Asbjørn Jørgensen - AWS is Senior Investor Manager at AWS, working with leading VCs and their portfolio companies across EMEA. He previously founded and led multiple startups across eCommerce, marketing tech, and mobile.

  • Karl Kristian Wickstrøm - Mesh is the co-founder and COO of Mesh. Having previously experienced the struggles of starting companies in the Nordics, he intuitively matched with the idea of modernising the Nordic startup ecosystem and has been the internally focused main executive since day 1.

  • Christine Spiten - Danske Growth is the founder of BlueEye Robotics, an underwater drone company, and an avid adventurer. She is part of the Explorers Club and after emigrating from Norway to Denmark she has found a new home in Danske Growth. 

  • Bengt Leite - DNB is a strategic advisor at DNB, working with startups and growth companies across multiple industries. He focuses on capital strategy, advisory, and supporting entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses.

  • Johan Nilsson – DNB Carnegie works in TMT Investment Banking at DNB Carnegie, focusing on transactions across the technology, media, and telecom sectors.
