Agnessa Pedersen – Cerebionics is the founder of Cerebionics, developing brain–computer interfaces (BCIs) for robots. Johan Brand - Kahoot! & We Are Human is mostly known for having started and CEOed Norway's most well known startup, Kahoot!, but he is also now one of the most active angel and LP investors out of Oslo, through We Are Human. He is more than a little bit obsessed with the ocean and everything that has to do with it. Most comfortable on a sailboat or in visionary far ranging discussions.

Lotti Siniscalco – Emergence is a Partner at Emergence Capital, where she leads early rounds in software companies at the intersection of B2B software and financial services. She joined in 2018 and since then has invested in companies such as Oyster, Federato.ai, Method, Strala, Casap, and several others. Previously, she held roles at Ribbit Capital, NerdWallet, Advent International, and Goldman Sachs. Originally from Italy, Lotti is a strong advocate for immigrants and women in tech and venture. Peter Shannon - Radius Capital is Founder and Managing Director of Radius Capital, an early-stage venture firm focused on aerospace, AI, and cyber-physical systems. He co-authored the US national strategy for Advanced Air Mobility and advises NASA on aeronautics research. Kinnevik is a legendary investor headquartered out of Stockholm and Anna is responsible for investments in the Nordics. Lucas Otterling – Brickanta AI is the co-founder and CEO of Brickanta AI (YC F25), currently in stealth. He’s worked across partnerships, growth, and innovation at companies like Mavenoid, Paradox Interactive, and P&G. Once an aspiring professional footballer, Lucas now brings a global perspective shaped by living and working in Sweden, the US, UK, Germany, South Africa, and Italy.

Brian Brost – Churney is the co-founder and CTO of Churney, where he’s using causal AI to help companies understand, predict, and maximize customer lifetime value. Before building Churney, Brian was a research scientist at Spotify working on machine learning and reinforcement learning.

Jesse Heikkilä – Failup Ventures is General Partner at Failup Ventures, investing in pre-seed and seed stage startups across the US and Nordics. He’s especially interested in deeptech, developer tools, and data infrastructure - and before venture, built and sold Playven, a SaaS for sports facility management acquired by Playtomic.

Hedi Mardisoo – Cachet is co-founder and CEO of Cachet, a Techstars-backed insurtech transforming insurance for the platform economy. By using cross-market data from gig and sharing platforms, Cachet enables insurers to offer flexible, personalized coverage based on real work hours.
