Lukas Saari – Tandem Health is co-founder and CEO of Tandem Health, building an AI-native operating system for clinics to reduce the heavy admin burden on clinicians. Previously, he led McKinsey’s Healthcare Analytics practice in the Nordics, worked on machine learning at Spotify, and co-founded an algorithmic trading company.

Jørn Lyseggen – Meltwater & SHACK15 is the founder and executive chairman of Meltwater, which he bootstrapped into a global leader in media and consumer intelligence - one of few to bootstrap a Unicorn. He started SHACK15 during corona, and has a couple of new existing companies in the making. One of Norway's OGs and one of the main co-host for Mesh San Francisco.

Chris Bach – Netlify is the Co-founder of the Danish/American unicorn Netlify, where he’s been shaping the future of modern web development since the early days of the Jamstack movement. Today, Chris continues to back ambitious founders as an angel investor and board member, while advocating for a faster, more secure, and scalable web.

Agnessa Pedersen – Cerebionics is the founder of Cerebionics, developing brain–computer interfaces (BCIs) for robots. With a background in robotics engineering from Trondheim, research at NTNU, and even a stint at the European Space Agency, she’s one of the few who can say she’s worked on both robots and outer space.

Angela Strange – a16z is a General Partner at a16z, focused on financial services, insurance, and B2B AI software. She is a former senior executive at Google, has been active in pushing the tech agenda forward in Canada, and is a world-class athlete with several marathon wins under her belt. The morning runs might be a bit too short for her, but we hope you join anyways!

Johan Brand - Kahoot! & We Are Human is mostly known for having started and CEOed Norway's most well known startup, Kahoot!, but he is also now one of the most active angel and LP investors out of Oslo, through We Are Human. He is more than a little bit obsessed with the ocean and everything that has to do with it. Most comfortable on a sailboat or in visionary far ranging discussions.

Lotti Siniscalco – Emergence is a Partner at Emergence Capital, where she leads early rounds in software companies at the intersection of B2B software and financial services. She joined in 2018 and since then has invested in companies such as Oyster, Federato.ai, Method, Strala, Casap, and several others. Previously, she held roles at Ribbit Capital, NerdWallet, Advent International, and Goldman Sachs. Originally from Italy, Lotti is a strong advocate for immigrants and women in tech and venture. She holds degrees from Wharton and Stanford GSB.

Peter Shannon - Radius Capital is Founder and Managing Director of Radius Capital, an early-stage venture firm focused on aerospace, AI, and cyber-physical systems. He co-authored the US national strategy for Advanced Air Mobility and advises NASA on aeronautics research. Earlier in his career he invested in transportation and sustainability technologies at Firelake Capital and Atlas Venture.

Luke Pappas – NEA is Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), one of the world’s largest venture firms. Based in London after nearly a decade in California, he focuses on partnering with founders across Europe and the US. Luke became a Nusfjord legend in the Lofoten Mountains, and together with Anna in Kinnevik he is ready to show us his hometown by co-hosting the bike ride on Monday.

Shreyas Garg – IVP is a Partner at IVP, investing in companies like Glean, Figma, Klarna, and Obsidian. Before IVP, he worked in Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, where he was involved in major IPOs and acquisitions across the tech sector.

Marten Mickos – is a CEO in the service of startup CEOs, with a track record leading disruptive, category-defining companies. He was previously CEO of HackerOne and MySQL, and has also held senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Eucalyptus, and Sun Microsystems.

Irene Hjelt – Meta is Director of Partnerships Marketing, AI & Monetization at Meta, where she drives go-to-market for AI and ads solutions. She brings 15+ years of global marketing experience, having led growth and partnerships at Google and LEGO before joining Meta. Irene also serves as Honorary Consul of Finland in San Francisco.

Andreas Kullberg – Agaton is a well known serial entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Agaton. Backed by Sequoia and other top investors. Andreas also founded Astrid Education and has a background as a high level operator and investor.

Charlotte Werger - H&M is a senior executive in AI, data, and technology. She has built and led high-impact teams that drive innovation and digital transformation across global organizations. Currently, she serve as Chief Data & AI Officer at H&M Group, where she leads the strategy for data, AI, and analytics.

Robert Lidberg – Airon is co-founder and CEO of Airon, building large-scale AI infrastructure to meet the surging global demand for compute. Before Airon, he co-founded BEV_r, a charging platform for heavy electric vehicles, and TruckTrust, an “Airbnb for truckers.” He’s also spent nearly two decades leading Duva, an open-source driven software company later moving into AI/ML solutions.

Elias Almqvist – Zettascale/Exa Laboratories is the Co-Founder and CEO of Exa Laboratories (YC S24), now Zettascale, building the next generation of energy-efficient chips for AI training and inference. Exa’s reconfigurable “XPUs” aim to outperform GPUs and TPUs while saving data centers billions in energy and cooling costs. Taking on NVIDIA in your early 20’s is pretty cool:) Gogogo!

Jai Sajnani – Khosla Ventures is a Partner at Khosla Ventures, investing at Series B and beyond. His portfolio includes OpenAI, Glean, Clickhouse, Ramp, Sword Health, and more. Rumored to be a good skier… let’s see if we get him to join us for Nusfjord in 2026, where he can prove it;) Will host our Welcome Dinner and join the American VC panel.

Anna Adlarson - Kinnevik is one of few Nordic investors who can do both early and late stage investments. Kinnevik is a legendary investor headquartered out of Stockholm and Anna is responsible for investments in the Nordics. She will be on stage representing the Nordics in the European panel, and together with Luke from NEA she will host the cycling expedition.

Luis Wenus – Nolla Health is founder and CEO of Nolla Health, currently in stealth. Before starting Nolla, he was on the founding team at Worldcoin, where he built and scaled the market operations and growth team to the first two million Orb signups.

Gabriel Petersson – OpenAI is a research scientist on Sora. A high school dropout turned open-source builder, his projects include one of the fastest web tables ever made, an infinite canvas for image generation, and a power-user UI for ChatGPT.

André Eriksson – Leap is the founder of Leap, an AI-powered platform helping developers build scalable backends without the boilerplate. Powered by Encore — the company André started after nearly eight years at Spotify.

Carl Fritjofsson – Creandum is a General Partner at Creandum, the early-stage VC behind Spotify, Klarna, and Bolt that sprung out of the Nordics. Based in LA/SF, Carl brings experience from both sides of the table as a founder and investor. Shravan Narayen – IVP is Partner at IVP, backing breakout companies across AI, data, and enterprise software. Arthur Storm – Spaak Technologies is the co-founder and CEO of Spaak, where he’s building Hamilton — the first complete OS for Public Affairs professionals. With a mission to bring more transparency and less bureaucracy, Arthur and his team are betting on technology to make democracy the best option on the table, anywhere in the world.

Ari Tulla – Elo Health is the co-founder and CEO of Elo, turning food from the cause of disease into medicine with an AI-powered personalization engine. A serial entrepreneur and angel investor, Ari previously founded BetterDoctor (acquired by Vestar Capital), led Quest Analytics through rapid growth, and now backs over 50 startups including Oura and Virta Health. A Finnish OG.

Gabriel Vasquez - a16z is a partner at a16z and their main representative in the Nordics. He is the firm's youngest check writer, and even though he has a base in NY he covers anything exciting happening in South America and Europa as well. He has co-hosted dinners with us in SF, and joined our Nusfjord trip with a16z's South American clique in April. Hosting the lunch with Ben Horowitz on Monday!

Henrik Teisbæk – Veo Technologies is Co-Founder & CEO of Veo, where he’s spent the past ten years making sports technology accessible worldwide. Veo’s AI-powered cameras have captured over 7 million games, and the company recently launched Veo Go to bring match recording and analysis straight to players’ phones. One of the Copenhagen greats!

Magnus Larsson – MAJORITY is the CEO and co-founder of MAJORITY, the leading digital bank for internationals in the U.S. MAJORITY has just announced its expansion into Latin America with a stablecoin wallet, enabling free and instant international money transfers. The service is supported by an AI advisor that helps customers move money, bank, and build credit. Previously the CEO of Rebtel and Comviq, Magnus has built his career creating services that connect international communities.

Vedant Suri – General Catalyst is a Partner at General Catalyst, focusing on enterprise software. He’s worked across strategy consulting, tech investment banking, and early-stage startups. Beyond work, he’s curious about everything from the future of clean meat to the science of breathing, and he’s a Chelsea FC supporter. He will also help make the GC offices into a bar for the the VC Bar Crawl on Monday!

Mats Herding Solberg – reMarkable is the Jony Ives of the unicorn company, reMarkable. He has shaped reMarkable’s products from laggy prototypes to best in class, and continues to push the boundaries of how technology can inspire better thinking.

Marco Mascorro - a16z is a partner at a16z focused on AI, infrastructure, open source software, and automation. He is an AI research engineer and roboticist. Prior to a16z, he founded and led Fellow AI. He also had a short career as a professor in Monterey and a researcher in Japan, and he still builds robots on the weekends.

Erik Bakstad – Ardoq is the CEO and Co-founder of Ardoq, the enterprise architecture SaaS platform helping companies map, analyze, and optimize their technology landscape. Erik has gone from being a technical founder to CEO, and recently relocated from Oslo to New York after their Series D to make sure Ardoq succeeds with its US expansion.

Oliver Molander – Inception Fund is a General Partner at Inception Fund, backing early-stage Nordic B2B software and AI founders. He is also one of the best hype-men for the Nordic startup scene and a key player in the ecosystem. He brings over a decade of experience as a founder, operator, and investor across data infrastructure and emerging software. Will host us for a hike in the Marine Headlands, and moderate a panel on Scaling in the US.

Philip Andersson – Bluebook is CEO and Co-Founder of Bluebook (YC W25), building AI-powered workflows for accounting. Previously Head of Engineering at Superfluid and VP of Engineering at Mindler, with over a decade of experience scaling tech teams.

Louise Fritjofsson – Martie is co-founder and CEO of Martie, building an online marketplace for overstock goods that makes everyday products more affordable and reduces waste. A 4x founder with multiple exits, she’s spent her career turning big consumer and tech ideas into companies - from adtech and fitness apps to marketplaces in the US and Nordics.

Henrik Landgren – Gilion is Co-Founder & CPTO of Gilion, an AI-powered funding platform helping founders scale with peace of mind. Before Gilion, he was a founding partner at EQT Growth, where he led the Motherbrain investment platform, and VP Analytics at Spotify.

Henrik Tellving – node.vc is serial entrepreneur and founding partner at node.vc, backing early-stage tech startups across the Nordics. He previously co-founded allabolag.se, Retriever Business, and InnoSearch. Now fully dedicated to investing and building node into the next great VC out of the Nordics. Josh Coyne – Kleiner Perkins is a Partner at Kleiner Perkins. He joined the firm in 2017 after stints with Qatalyst Partners and Figma. Eric Lagier –  byFounders is the Founding Partner at byFounders. He was part of the early teams at Skype and Tradeshift and co-founded Memolane, later acquired by HP. Now based in Copenhagen, after eight years in SF, Eric brings two decades in tech to help founders scale from the Nordics to the world. Amir Rustamzadeh – Firestreak Ventures is one of the best true early stage investors in the US. Amir has invested in companies like Lovable, Etched, Modal Labs, and Filigran. Ask him what corner of AI he thinks will surprise us next.

Jacob Lagerros – Ulyssean is the Founder of Ulyssean, building mission-critical infrastructure for AGI data centers. He previously co-founded Lightcone Infrastructure, a non-profit focused on AGI discourse, and was a researcher at Oxford. Outside of work, he’s a licensed pilot.

Andri Heiðar – Frumtak Ventures is a General Partner at Frumtak Ventures, Iceland's leading VC. A longtime ecosystem builder, Andri founded Klak Icelandic Startups, studied at Stanford, built products at LinkedIn during its hypergrowth, and even served as Iceland’s government CIO leading its digital transformation.

Jari Salomaa – Valo is co-founder and CEO of Valo.ai. He is a previous national team swimmer for Finland, and he holds several records for crazy ocean swims… Valo uses AI to help Salesforce customers resolve issues in minutes. Alex Fayette – ACME Capital is a General Partner at ACME Capital, backing early-stage companies in Europe and the US. Alex has board roles across space, defense, gaming, and more, and even though he is based in SF he follows the European market closely as well. Anders Mayntzhusen - Humani is another high level founder and CEO with a varied growth background. Passionate leader and executive with a work-hard mentality, now aiming to help us all become great and exceptional managers through Humani.

Max Andaker – Datadog is Principal Product Manager at Datadog and co-founder of CoScreen, acquired by Datadog in 2021. Before that, he led global digital innovation at Nestlé, driving initiatives in AI and emerging tech.

Klas Johansson – Fever is co-founder and CEO of Fever, building the operating system for energy flexibility. Fever helps Europe’s largest utilities launch modern energy services fast, cut churn, and grow revenue in the energy transition.

David Simonarson – Smitten is the Co-Founder and CEO of Smitten, the Gen Z dating app turning being single into something fun. After earlier ventures in online dating, David and his team launched Smitten in 2020, and it has gained traction well beyond its Nordic roots.

Magne Uppman - Snö is one of the best Norwegian VCs and has recently announced that the three Snö partners will part ways and go in the solo GP direction. Details are yet to be announced, but we expect Magne to share more in SF, where he will be hosting one of the Founders Dinners.

Karl Martin Dolvik – DNB Carnegie is Managing Director at DNB Carnegie, leading the firm’s investment banking practice. He brings close to a decade of experience advising on deals and strategy, with earlier roles at PwC.

Amit Luthra – PhaseTree is the co-founder and CEO of PhaseTree, a DTU spin-out accelerating the green transition with deep-tech solutions. A serial entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience across life sciences, IT, and biotech, Amit has led ventures from inception to successful exits. Brian Brost – Churney is the co-founder and CTO of Churney, where he’s using causal AI to help companies understand, predict, and maximize customer lifetime value. Before building Churney, Brian was a research scientist at Spotify working on machine learning and reinforcement learning.

Rikard Steiber – GoodTrust is Founder & CEO of GoodTrust, a digital legacy platform. Previously President of HTC VIVE, CEO of MTGx, and Global Marketing Director at Google. He is also an advisor, angel investor, and frequent keynote speaker.

Jesse Heikkilä – Failup Ventures is General Partner at Failup Ventures, investing in pre-seed and seed stage startups across the US and Nordics. Erik Jacobsson – Corsmed is the CEO and Co-founder of Corsmed, the Swedish startup reinventing MRI. Their software-only technology for ultra-fast MRI speeds up MRI scanners by more than 10x, paving the way for 5-min full-body digital twins and true preventive healthcare for all.

Fredrik Moger – Atlas is the co-founder and CEO of Atlas, a browser-based GIS platform designed to make mapping and geospatial analysis simple and collaborative. Fredrik and his team are rethinking how maps are built and shared, making them more accessible for everyone, from analysts to planners.

Arild Spandow – Amesto Group is the founder and CEO of Amesto, a family-owned business solutions and technology group with 1,000+ employees across the Nordics. He also co-founded Aprila Bank, delivering fully digital banking to SMEs and an investor.
