Arrival & Accommodation in SF

We recommend that you arrive on the 3/4th Oct, and that you stay until the 8th Oct. That way, you will be able to attend the full program on Sunday (5th), and you will have time for Techweek and VC meetings on the 7-8 Oct.

Connecting Founders
& VCs

We will share contact details to VCs and Founders so that you can reach out before the event and inquire about meetings on 7-8 Oct.

We have asked the American VCs to set aside time those two days to meet with as many relevant startups as possible, and most of the Nordic VCs will stay until then as well.

Mesh San Francisco kicks off Tech Week in SF.

a16z has especially recommended four events and has held some seats for us.
They have access to our guest list and will give priority access to Mesh SF participants (seats are still very limited). Luminar Ventures and ACME are also organizing high-level sessions this week, which are open for Mesh SF participants to apply. Inception Fund and Mesh Collective are co-hosting two side events at Nvidia HQ and OpenAI SF HQ.
