Jørn Lyseggen – Meltwater is the founder and executive chairman of Meltwater, which he bootstrapped into a global leader in media and consumer intelligence, becoming one of the few founders to bootstrap a unicorn. Angela Strange – a16z is a General Partner at a16z, focused on financial services, insurance, and B2B AI software. She is a former senior executive at Google, has been active in pushing the tech agenda forward in Canada, and is a world-class athlete with several marathon wins under her belt. Chris Bach – Netlify is the Co-founder of the Danish/American unicorn Netlify, where he’s shaped the future of modern web development since the early days of the Jamstack movement. Mårten Mickos – Aalto Founder School is a CEO in the service of startup CEOs, with a track record leading disruptive, category-defining companies. He also held senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Eucalyptus, and Sun Microsystems.

Meera Clark – Redpoint is a Partner at Redpoint Ventures, backing early-stage software and consumer companies. She worked at Obvious Ventures and Morgan Stanley before Redpoint, is an avid golfer and a Kauffman Fellow. Vegard Vik - After Technologies is the former CFO and co-founder of Oda, recognised as one of the two main mafia bosses in the Oda mafia. He recently emerged from stealth mode as co-founder and CFO of After Technologies, a new health tech startup set to radically reimagine pain treatment. He is also an active angel investor and startup board member.

Peter Shannon - Radius Capital is Founder and Managing Director of Radius Capital, an early-stage venture firm focused on aerospace, AI, and cyber-physical systems. He co-authored the US national strategy for Advanced Air Mobility and advises NASA on aeronautics research. Earlier in his career he invested in transportation and sustainability technologies at Firelake Capital and Atlas Venture. Adam Jafer – Pit is a repeat founder, most recently co-founder and CEO of Pit, an AI product team as a service that builds custom automation for enterprise back-office work. Before Pit, Adam co-founded Voi, the European micromobility unicorn and built it up for over eight years. He is also an active angel investor.

Jai Sajnani – Khosla Ventures is a Partner at Khosla Ventures, investing at Series B and beyond. His portfolio includes OpenAI, Glean, Clickhouse, Ramp, Sword Health, and more.

Luke Pappas – NEA is another California emigrant who is about to realise that the Nordics is the right place to settle down in Europe. He is one of NEAs London based partners, focused on working with founders across Europe and the US. He looks forward to co-hosting another bike-ride in his hometown on Sunday.

Laila Danielsen - Zmachines is a repeat-founder. Most recently, she co-founded Elliptic Labs, the Oslo-founded, Euronext-listed AI sensor company now running on nearly a billion devices worldwide. She's now in build-mode again, with a new AI venture in stealth, while serving as a tech advisor to the Royal Norwegian Consulate in San Francisco. Pre-tech, she kicked off her career as professional soccer player!

Staffan Helgesson – Creandum is Partner at Creandum, where he has invested for over two decades and sits on the boards of Monta, Mavenoid, Distribusion Technologies and Unitary, among others. A Kauffman Fellow, Staffan is co-hosting our Saturday welcome and surf session on Sunday.

Shreyas Garg – IVP is a Partner at IVP, investing in companies like Glean, Figma, Klarna, and Obsidian. Before IVP, he worked in Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, where he was involved in major IPOs and acquisitions across the tech sector.

Lasse Andresen – IndyKite is founder and CEO of IndyKite, the first System of Intelligence built on a live context graph. Ari Tulla – Elo Health is the co-founder and CEO of Elo, turning food from the cause of disease into medicine with an AI-powered personalization engine. A San Francisco-based serial entrepreneur and angel investor, Ari previously founded BetterDoctor (acquired by Vestar Capital), led Quest Analytics through rapid growth, and now backs over 50 startups including Oura and Virta Health. Kelly Kung – Accel is an investor at Accel, and a pro-level golfer. She previously worked at General Atlantic and J.P. Morgan and was an AI Fellow at Harvard University. Kelly will be hosting the first drinks of the trip at South Park on Saturday.

Mats André Kristiansen – Take Take Take is one of the ODA founders, now dubbed the ODA mafia, who has gone on to start Take Take Take together with chess player Magnus Carlsen. He supposedly played a remis (in team with Vegard Vik and Karl Munthe Kaas) against Carlsen, so if you’re into chess, you know who to challenge.

Kristel Kruustuk - Testlio is Founder of Testlio, a managed crowdsourced testing platform used by companies like Microsoft, Netflix, and Amazon to improve software quality. She is one of the most well known and respected tech founders in Estonia, who also invests into the next generation of female founders.

Henrik Landgren – Gilion is Co-Founder & CPTO of Gilion, an AI-powered funding platform helping founders scale with peace of mind. Before Gilion, he was a founding partner at EQT Growth, where he helped build and lead the AI-driven investment platform Motherbrain, and VP Analytics at Spotify.

Jimmy Fussing Nielsen - Heartcore is the CEO and managing partner of Heartcore. The firm is one of the most established VCs in the Nordics, founded in 2007. They have grown from a Copenhagen based fund to a pan Nordic fund. Jimmy is one of the godfathers of the Danish startup scene, and also one of our host for Heartcore’s Tech Session on Monday!

Erik Bakstad – Ardoq is the CEO and Co-founder of Ardoq, the enterprise architecture SaaS platform helping companies map, analyze, and optimize their technology landscape. Erik has gone from being a technical founder to CEO, and relocated from Oslo to New York after their Series D to make sure Ardoq succeeds with its US expansion.

Andreas Thorsheim - Otovo founded Otovo in 2016 and spent a decade building it into one of Europe's largest residential solar companies, with more than 100,000 systems installed across three continents. Ahsan Amjad – ABC Labs is Founder and CEO of ABC Labs, a technology-driven diagnostics company. During the pandemic, ABC Labs grew into Sweden’s largest COVID-19 testing lab and is now building next-generation public health infrastructure.

Max Andaker – Stealth is in stealth mode, building something new after his time as Principal Product Manager at Datadog, which acquired his company CoScreen in 2021. Before that, he led global digital innovation at Nestlé, driving initiatives in AI and emerging tech.

Amir Salim - Stealth is now in stealth, building something new after being part of Lovable’s founding team. He is also a Lovable early seed investor. Repeat founder, he started his first company at 18 and self-taught computer science and machine learning.

Marit Rødevand – Strise is founder and CEO of Strise, the Norwegian platform helping banks and financial institutions automate anti-money-laundering compliance. Marit is a frequent voice on how AI is reshaping financial crime prevention, notably with The Laundry podcast that she co-hosts. Previously she built and sold Rendra, a SaaS platform for the construction industry.

Carl Fritjofsson – Creandum is a Partner at Creandum, the early-stage VC behind Spotify, Klarna, and Bolt that sprung out of the Nordics. Douglas Stark – Praxis Medicine is founder and CEO of Praxis Medicine, building free, evidence-based AI search for medical professionals in the UK. Repeat founder, before Praxis Douglas co-founded Voi, the European micromobility unicorn, he is also an investor that backed two unicorns, Budbee and Nothing.

Erik Lindblad – Inception Fund is a Founding General Partner at Inception Fund, backing technical founders building business facing AI and deeptech. Andreas Mjelde - Two built the “Amazon of Latin America”, Rocket Internet’s Linio, in his 20s out of Mexico City. He is now the founder and CEO of Two, one of the rising stars in the fintech sector - a B2B buy-now-pay-later checkout. A serial, no bullshit, entrepreneur with direct takes and high ambitions.

Andreas Kullberg – Agaton is a serial entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Agaton, the superhuman co-worker that helps close more deals (domain-specific AI Agents for Sales teams), backed by Sequoia and other top investors. Andreas also founded Astrid Education and has a background as a high level operator and investor.

Gabriel Petersson – Energy is CEO of Energy, the desktop AI agent that handles computer work for you. A high school dropout turned open-source builder, he previously did research at both OpenAI and Midjourney, and has shipped projects including one of the fastest web tables ever made and a power-user UI for ChatGPT.

Charlotte Werger - Saphenia is Founder and CEO of Saphenia, just out of stealth, building decision logic for enterprise AI agents. Before going deep into build-mode, she was in the boardroom with some serious exec experience serving as Chief Data and AI Officer at H&M Group and key roles at Richemont, Nike, and Van Lanschot Kempen.

Kalle Hansson – Normain is co-founder and CTO of Normain, pioneering Extractional AI that pulls trusted, structured insights out of complex documents. Previously co-founder and CTO of chatsource.io and Holo Health, Kalle is a serial technical founder with several earlier ventures across health tech and SaaS and nearly 20 years of experience in full-stack development.

Mac Reddin - Stealth / Commsor is building again - a new stealth venture, after six years as founder and CEO of Commsor, the go-to-network platform that turns company networks into pipeline and revenue. Anette Fischer - DNB is the Global Head of TMT & Business Services in Norways largest bank. She has teams around the world but the main focus is on the Nordic market. She has spent 20+ years at the bank and made it to the top, so she should know everything you would want to know about DNB.

Kristian Anker – Much is co-founder of Much, the AI agents for the back-office and legal work that eats SME time. He also run The Ramp, a free incorporation service that helps founders get their venture off the ground. Repeat founder, he’s spent a decade building in legal tech: before Much he co-founded LegalHero in 2016 and sold it to Lexly in 2022.

Aurora Klæboe Berg – Tana is a serial entrepreneur based out of SF, currently leading ops at Tana, the tool that turns meetings into outcomes. Luis Wenus – Nolla Health is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nolla Health, an AI-powered skin health platform combining instant assessments, personalized treatment, and access to medical professionals. Based in New York, before Nolla he was part of the founding team at Worldcoin, where he helped build and scale the company’s market operations and growth team.

Aya Fabricius - Mesh is one of the main reasons why we are here in San Francisco. The community focused serial entrepreneur and creative is the Head of Network at Mesh, which makes her responsible for the development of Mesh Collective, our top level startup network. 

David Ödling – Abstr is CEO of Abstraction, the comprehension layer for software teams and agents’ codebase. He previously led product at Instabee and spent nearly a decade at Budbee as Head of Algorithms and Machine Learning, where he was a founding member.

Ómar Thor Ómarsson - Optise is Co-founder and CEO of Optise, an AI-powered website insights platform helping B2B companies improve website performance and conversion. He brings over 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales and marketing leadership.

Kasper Sogaard – MagicDoor is founder and CEO of MagicDoor, the AI-native platform that puts property management on autopilot, based out of Las Vegas. Before founding MagicDoor, Kasper spent over a decade in engineering leadership at Prime Video, Amazon Studios and Hulu, and started his career at Microsoft in Copenhagen.

Kristoffer Degn - Stealth currently in stealth building Nolan, he's a repeat founder as he was previously CPO and co-founder at Custimy.io, a VC-backed customer analytics platform for e-commerce. Before that Kristoffer ran Chefmade, a restaurant-at-home experience platform.

Asbjørn Jørgensen - AWS is Senior Investor Manager at AWS, working with top-tier VCs and their portfolio companies across EMEA. He previously founded and led multiple startups across eCommerce, marketing tech, and mobile.

Ludvig Swanström – Vesence is co-founder of Vesence, an agentic AI platform used by law firms, banks and investors. Previously he was one of the first five employees at Depict AI (backed by Initialized Capital and EQT Ventures) and worked in investments at the founder of Klarna's fund, Norrsken Foundation. In his pre-tech life, Ludvig played for Sweden's national basketball team.

Bjørn Brandtzaeg – Photoncycle is a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO within the renewable energy space, most recently having founded Photoncycle, an Oslo-based energy storage company building solutions for the household segment.

Andrzej Golebiowski – Riff is CEO of Riff, building industrial AI agents for factories and heavy industry. Before Riff, he was employee #12 at Cognite, Norway’s first tech unicorn, where he built the commercial org from zero.

Kjetil Meisal - ONiO is CEO and founder of ONiO, the Oslo-based fabless IoT company building battery-free wireless microcontrollers that run on ambient energy, RF, thermal, solar or piezo, instead of batteries. He founded the company in 2016 after eleven years at Novelda, a Norwegian ultra-wideband radar sensor company.

Cecilie Waagner Falkenstrøm - nobodywho is founder and CEO of NobodyWho, a local AI infrastructure that enables LLMs to run fully offline. Artist and entrepreneur, before NobodyWho she built ARTificial Mind, an art-tech studio whose machine-learning artworks have shown at the V&A in London and flown to the International Space Station as the first AI and blockchain artwork in space.

Andreas Møyland – Trustbridge Partners is Investment Director at Trustbridge Partners, a global growth equity firm backing innovative companies across technology, healthcare, and media. He brings experience from private equity, shipping, and entrepreneurship - including co-founding a wine cabinet company - and now helps founders expand into new international markets.

Daniel Varming – Space Lab is founder and CEO of Space Lab, building Norway's first reusable small-satellite launch capability out of Stavanger. He founded the company from UiS Aerospace, the student rocketry organisation he started at university, and got Space Lab funded within 30 days of joining Oslo's AI Mad Lab hacker house.

Otso Veisterä – The Token Company is founder of The Token Company (YC W26), fixing tokenomics for crypto and AI-native businesses. Based in the Bay Area, Otso is part of Y Combinator's Winter 2026 batch.

Elias Almqvist – Zettascale is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zettascale (YC S24), building the next generation of energy-efficient chips for AI training and inference. Zettascale’s reconfigurable “XPUs” aim to outperform GPUs and TPUs while saving data centers billions in energy and cooling costs. Taking on NVIDIA in your early 20’s is pretty cool:)

Maja Lehbert - Stealth is building a B2C social company in stealth, after taking Legora's Customer Enablement function from 0 to 1 as the company scaled from 100 to 700 employees. Customer experience-driven, before Legora she spent four years at Klarna.

Lars Erik Fagernæs - Aviant is supplying the greater Stockholm region with drone delivered food... We can’t wait to try it! Lars Erik is a serial entrepreneur who is getting recognition in both Europe and US for their drone delivery service. Expanding fast and headquartered in Trondheim.

Nicolai Frost Kolborg Jacobsen – Flare is co-founder and CEO of Flare, building community notes so you can read the internet with clarity. He previously held senior roles at Corti, the Danish frontier lab for clinical-grade AI.

Ian Stendera – Ardoq is Chief Product Officer at Ardoq, the enterprise architecture SaaS platform, where he's been for over twelve years. He started out building the company's first customer-facing teams before moving into product.

Gil Ben Moshe - Stealth is Founder and CEO, building in stealth from his Stockholm base. Passionate about efficiency and automation, he was previously CTO of Ratos, the Swedish long-term investment company, and spent nine years in R&D leadership roles across the Israeli Ministry of Defence.

Morten Brøgger - Focalx is CEO of Focalx, an AI platform for vehicle damage detection. He has 25+ years of experience leading technology, SaaS, and communications companies, including most recently CEO of MapsPeople and, before that, of Wire, the encrypted collaboration platform used by over 1,800 enterprise and government customers.

Øyvind Monsen - Mimir is co-founder and CTO of Mimir, the Oslo-based AI startup automating customer support and operations for e-commerce brands. Before Mimir, he worked in engineer teams at Palantir Technologies in London and at Disruptive Technologies' cloud team.

Kim Kvaase - Strise is Chief of Staff and Head of People at Strise, the Norwegian platform helping banks and financial institutions automate anti-money-laundering compliance. He joined pre-Series A to build the company's recruitment function from scratch, and now plays a central role in the organisation’s structure and operations.

Aleda Johnson – ACME Capital is Head of Platform & Development at ACME Capital. She’s built her career at the intersection of venture, operations, and events, with previous roles at Atomic and BoomPop. She’ll be co-hosting our crowd-favourite Sauna and Cold Plunge session Sunday.

Andrea Gazvini – Northzone is an Investor at Northzone, with a background in management consulting, PE and investment banking. She also helped set up Antlers second office in 2018. She changed her name from Gunnel to Andrea when she was 15 years… ask her why:)

Oliver Molander – Inception Fund is a Founding General Partner at Inception Fund, backing technical founders building business facing AI and deeptech. He is also one of the best hype-men for the Nordic startup scene and a key player in the ecosystem. He brings over a decade of experience as a founder, operator, and investor across data infrastructure and emerging software. He’ll be welcoming us into the SF waters for Sunday’s surf activity.

Reetta Heiskanen – Sandwater is Head of Comms at Sandwater, the Nordic VC. Previously she headed platform and marketing at Maki.VC. Before moving into VC she scaled Brella, the event platform software where she was the company’s first New York hire. She’s also a former politics and business journalist at Helsingin Sanomat and slush alumni. She’ll be co-hosting the Nordic VC dinner on Monday!

Andri Heiðar – Frumtak Ventures is a General Partner at Frumtak Ventures, Iceland's leading VC. A longtime ecosystem builder, Andri founded Klak Icelandic Startups, studied at Stanford, built products at LinkedIn during its hypergrowth, and even served as Iceland’s government CIO leading its digital transformation. He’s co-hosting the Nordic VC dinner on Monday.

Andreas Staune-Mittet – Founders Hub runs Founders Hub, a curated space for early-stage AI and tech founders in Mesh Oslo, with people out of Palantir, Twitter, Y Combinator and SoundCloud. He comes from years in elite sport and is also a sports commentator for major cycling events like the Tour de France, so you’ll hear him using pretty impressive cycling analogies.

Einar Oftedal – NorForge Inc is founder and CEO of NorForge, which helps tech companies to navigate the intersection of security and AI. He previously founded Crosspoint Labs, the technical arm of Crosspoint Capital Partners - the investment firm that focuses on cybersecurity - after years in senior roles in engineering, research, and security.

Jasmin Jutila – Illusian is investor on the early-stage team at Illusian, the Helsinki founder office built by Ilkka Paananen of Supercell. Before Illusian she was a consultant at August Associates and a business analyst at Amazon.

Joel Edholm – Goldfish is CEO & Co-Founder of Goldfish, an AI memory that lives on your computer so you can answer messages, write emails, and follow up without explaining from scratch. Ask him what contextmaxxing means.

Jon Kåre Stene - Skyfall is the second person on the trip who is part of the inner core of the ODA mafia. He is a founder who turned to the dark side to start Skyfall Ventures, one of the best early stage funds run out of Norway. He is also an ultrarunner who loves an early morning jog so expect to see him Sunday morning!

Kia Kanninen – Founders House Helsinki is CEO at Founders House Helsinki, the residency for Finland's most ambitious early-stage founders, which she helped launch. She came to Founders House Helsinki from Slush, where she led on startup operations.

Tobias Nilsson-Roos – Crosslink Capital is a Principal at Crosslink Capital, backing early-stage founders from inception through Series A. He’s also Co-founder of O1 Collective, a network for European entrepreneurs building and scaling companies in the US.
