Chris Bach – Netlify is the Co-founder of the Danish/American unicorn Netlify, where he’s shaped the future of modern web development since the early days of the Jamstack movement. Roman Chernin – Nebius is Chief Business Officer and co-founder of Nebius, one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies globally. Mårten Mickos – Aalto Founder School is a CEO in the service of startup CEOs, with a track record leading disruptive, category-defining companies. Steven Hao – Cognition is Co-founder of Cognition, will join us for a fireside chat at Andreessen Horowitz's HQ. Cognition is the company behind Devin, the first autonomous AI software engineer, now adopted by major companies across industries.

Peter Arvai – Prezi is a Swedish-born, KTH Stockholm-educated founder with Hungarian roots. He co-founded Prezi and led it through its first 12 years, growing it to over 140 million users. He also co-founded Bridge Budapest and WAO, championing values-based entrepreneurship across Central and Eastern Europe.

Juhani Mykkänen – Wolt is the co-founder of Wolt, growing it to 15,000+ employees across more than 30 countries through to its $8B acquisition by DoorDash in 2022. He announced his departure from Wolt at 10:00 on 10 October 2024, the day the company turned ten. Now, he is part of the OpenAI Foundation's Special Projects team, working maximizing the benefits of AI while minimizing its risks.

Meera Clark – Redpoint is a Partner at Redpoint Ventures, backing early-stage software and consumer companies. She worked at Obvious Ventures and Morgan Stanley before Redpoint, is an avid golfer and a Kauffman Fellow. Vegard Vik - After Technologies is the former CFO and co-founder of Oda, recognised as one of the two main mafia bosses in the Oda mafia. He recently emerged from stealth mode as co-founder and CFO of After Technologies, a new health tech startup set to radically reimagine pain treatment. He is also an active angel investor and startup board member.

Peter Shannon - Radius Capital is Founder and Managing Director of Radius Capital, an early-stage venture firm focused on aerospace, AI, and cyber-physical systems. He co-authored the US national strategy for Advanced Air Mobility and advises NASA on aeronautics research. Earlier in his career he invested in transportation and sustainability technologies at Firelake Capital and Atlas Venture. Luke Pappas – NEA is another California emigrant who is about to realise that the Nordics is the right place to settle down in Europe. Kristel Kruustuk - Testlio is Founder of Testlio, a managed crowdsourced testing platform used by companies like Microsoft, Netflix, and Amazon to improve software quality. She is one of the most well known and respected tech founders in Estonia, who also invests into the next generation of female founders.

Gabriel Petersson – Energy is CEO of Energy, the desktop AI agent that handles computer work for you. A high school dropout turned open-source builder, he previously did research at both OpenAI and Midjourney, and has shipped projects including one of the fastest web tables ever made and a power-user UI for ChatGPT.

Anders Ranum - Sapphire Ventures is Partner at Sapphire Ventures for over 14 years, the US firm focused on enterprise AI founders. Ask him about the intersection of autonomy, robotics and disruptive technologies.

Mats André Kristiansen – Take Take Take is one of the ODA founders, now dubbed the ODA mafia, who has gone on to start Take Take Take together with chess player Magnus Carlsen. He supposedly played a remis (in team with Vegard Vik and Karl Munthe Kaas) against Carlsen, so if you’re into chess, you know who to challenge.

Ludvig Swanström – Vesence is co-founder of Vesence, an agentic AI platform used by law firms, banks and investors. Previously he was one of the first five employees at Depict AI (backed by Initialized Capital and EQT Ventures) and worked in investments at the founder of Klarna's fund, Norrsken Foundation. In his pre-tech life, Ludvig played for Sweden's national basketball team.

Jimmy Fussing Nielsen - Heartcore is the CEO and managing partner of Heartcore. The firm is one of the most established VCs in the Nordics, founded in 2007. They have grown from a Copenhagen based fund to a pan Nordic fund. Jimmy is one of the godfathers of the Danish startup scene, and also one of our host for Heartcore’s Tech Session on Monday!

Gabriel Vasquez - a16z is a Venezuela native who emigrated to the US and joined a16z. He has been a partner there since 2020 and covers anything exciting both in South America and Europe, in addition to being based in New York. Hosting the lunch on Monday!

Øyvind Schage Førde – Aars is CEO and Chairman of Aars, the Møller family's holding company and one of Norway's most central family office. He is the fourth generation since Harald Aars Møller founded the firm in 1936.

Triin Hertmann – First Finance is CEO of First Finance, her investment arm through which she has backed 35+ startups as angel investor and fund LP. Rezzan Kose – AWS leads business development with startups and venture capital at AWS. She was previously a Partner at Drive Capital and a Venture Partner at 412 Venture Fund. Before venture she was Chief Operating Officer at Intelligencia.

Damir Vrabac – Valar Labs is Co-founder of Valar Labs, that reads routine pathology slides to predict which cancer treatments will work - reducing uncertainty in oncology decision making.

Anders Nygren – Foundry Ventures is the founding partner of Foundry Ventures, backing AI-native companies in the services-as-a-software space. A serial entrepreneur and advisor with multiple exits under his belt — including Peregrine and Klikki — Anders is passionate about scaling businesses through sales, marketing, and technology. Ask him about building growth machines and why processes can be a superpower.

Anette Fischer - DNB is the Global Head of TMT & Business Services in Norways largest bank. She has teams around the world but the main focus is on the Nordic market. She has spent 20+ years at the bank and made it to the top, so she should know everything you would want to know about DNB.

Ergo Sooru - DrHouse is a serial entrepreneur within the medtech space. He is originally from Estonia and was an editor for a short period, but he has spent most of the last 15 years building companies.

Elias Inoue Afrasiabi – Dentio is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dentio, an AI-powered operating system for dental practices backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z).

Max Cao – Jacobi Robotics is the co-founder and CEO of Jacobi Robotics, a startup accelerating the adoption of robotic automation with AI. Max is passionate about building next-gen robotics to transform how industries operate.

Jasmin Jutila – Illusian is investor on the early-stage team at Illusian, the Helsinki founder office built by Ilkka Paananen of Supercell. Before Illusian she was a consultant at August Associates and a business analyst at Amazon.

Joel Edholm – Goldfish is CEO & Co-Founder of Goldfish, an AI memory that lives on your computer so you can answer messages, write emails, and follow up without explaining from scratch. Ask him what contextmaxxing means.

Alexander Woxen – Aars is Head of Strategy at Aars, the Møller family's investment company. He was Founding Partner and CEO of StartupLab from 2011 to 2020, Norway's leading early-stage incubator, which has backed over 180 companies. He then ran Huddly as CE, a company he had first backed as an investor nine years earlier.

Amit Luthra – PhaseTree is the co-founder and CEO of PhaseTree, a DTU spin-out accelerating the green transition with deep-tech solutions. A serial entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience across life sciences, IT, and biotech, Amit has led ventures from inception to successful exits. Ask him about moon-shots, karma, and why he believes innovation should always serve humanity.

Andreas Møyland – Trustbridge Partners is Investment Director at Trustbridge Partners, a global growth equity firm backing innovative companies across technology, healthcare, and media. He brings experience from private equity, shipping, and entrepreneurship - including co-founding a wine cabinet company - and now helps founders expand into new international markets.

Ómar Thor Ómarsson - Optise is Co-founder and CEO of Optise, an AI-powered website insights platform helping B2B companies improve website performance and conversion. He brings over 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales and marketing leadership.

Cecilie Waagner Falkenstrøm - nobodywho is founder and CEO of NobodyWho, a local AI infrastructure that enables LLMs to run fully offline. Artist and entrepreneur, before NobodyWho she built ARTificial Mind, an art-tech studio whose machine-learning artworks have shown at the V&A in London and flown to the International Space Station as the first AI and blockchain artwork in space.

Lars Erik Fagernæs - Aviant is supplying the greater Stockholm region with drone delivered food... We can’t wait to try it! Lars Erik is a serial entrepreneur who is getting recognition in both Europe and US for their drone delivery service. Expanding fast and headquartered in Trondheim.

Aya Fabricius - Mesh is one of the main reasons why we are here in San Francisco. The community focused serial entrepreneur and creative is the Head of Network at Mesh, which makes her responsible for the development of Mesh Collective, our top level startup network. 

Kjetil Meisal - ONiO is CEO and founder of ONiO, the Oslo-based fabless IoT company building battery-free wireless microcontrollers that run on ambient energy, RF, thermal, solar or piezo, instead of batteries. He founded the company in 2016 after eleven years at Novelda, a Norwegian ultra-wideband radar sensor company.

August Sandmo – Vaskeladden is CEO and co-founder of Vaskeladden, the Oslo-based company rebuilding commercial cleaning around AI software that connects every part of the operations.

Elias Almqvist – Zettascale is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zettascale (YC S24), building the next generation of energy-efficient chips for AI training and inference. Zettascale’s reconfigurable “XPUs” aim to outperform GPUs and TPUs while saving data centers billions in energy and cooling costs. Taking on NVIDIA in your early 20’s is pretty cool:)

Lærke Hansen - Heartcore Capital is a Principal at Heartcore, the pan-European fund that started out in Copenhagen. Lærke focuses on the Nordics and brings experience across the full investment cycle from €250k to €10B+. She’ll be taking us into Silicon Valley on Monday leading one of our Tech Sessions.

Cam Sellers – Creandum is a Vice President on Creandum's investment team, with a pull towards frontline, fintech and healthcare. He founded Zola Health in 2023, an AI-native SaaS platform for elderly care homes, after investment banking and a spell at a two-person global equities fund where the team taught themselves to code to screen earnings transcripts.

Kia Kanninen – Founders House Helsinki is CEO at Founders House Helsinki, the residency for Finland's most ambitious early-stage founders, which she helped launch. She came to Founders House Helsinki from Slush, where she led on startup operations.

Daniel Varming – Space Lab is founder and CEO of Space Lab, building Norway's first reusable small-satellite launch capability out of Stavanger. He founded the company from UiS Aerospace, the student rocketry organisation he started at university, and got Space Lab funded within 30 days of joining Oslo's AI Mad Lab hacker house.

Isaac Kato – Two Ravens is founding General Partner of Two Ravens, the pre-seed and seed fund backing founders from non-obvious backgrounds. Before venture, he co-founded Verne Global, built green data centers in Iceland, and sold Mighty AI to Uber.

Kasper Sogaard – MagicDoor is founder and CEO of MagicDoor, the AI-native platform that puts property management on autopilot, based out of Las Vegas. Before founding MagicDoor, Kasper spent over a decade in engineering leadership at Prime Video, Amazon Studios and Hulu, and started his career at Microsoft in Copenhagen.

Jesse Heikkilä – Failup Ventures is General Partner at Failup Ventures, investing in pre-seed and seed stage startups across the US and Nordics. He’s especially interested in deeptech, developer tools, and data infrastructure - and before venture, built and sold Playven, a SaaS for sports facility management acquired by Playtomic.

Ida Hansson Brusewitz – Dagens industri is here as an ecosystem player, with all discussions off record - on a daily basis she runs the news desk at Di Digital, the tech arm of Sweden's largest business newspaper, Dagens Industri. She also hosts the podcast Mitt i bruset that brings founders, investors and the wider tech community into the conversation. She coined the term "Silicon Valhalla" and her desk also runs the Di Digital Female Founders pitch competition.

Alexis Pawlik – Pearl is co-founder and co-CEO of Pearl, an AI workspace for sales teams that brings accounts, calls, meetings and pipeline into one place, where AI does the work and reps steer. He spent eight years in enterprise sales at Airbnb, Meta and Pigment before starting the company in 2025.

Maja Lehbert - Stealth is building a B2C social company in stealth, after taking Legora's Customer Enablement function from 0 to 1 as the company scaled from 100 to 700 employees. Customer experience-driven, before Legora she spent four years at Klarna.

Aleda Johnson – ACME Capital is Head of Platform & Development at ACME Capital. She’s built her career at the intersection of venture, operations, and events, with previous roles at Atomic and BoomPop. She’ll be co-hosting our crowd-favourite Sauna and Cold Plunge session Sunday.

Dominic Davies – Lightbringer is founder of Lightbringer, AI-first patent service that makes protecting innovation easy. Having always been close to IP-rich start-ups in the Nordic region and beyond, Dominic previously co-founded Immetric and Invent Horizon IP, and was Head of IP at FlatFrog Laboratories.

Andreas Staune-Mittet – Founders Hub runs Founders Hub, a curated space for early-stage AI and tech founders in Mesh Oslo, with people out of Palantir, Twitter, Y Combinator and SoundCloud. He comes from years in elite sport and is also a sports commentator for major cycling events like the Tour de France, so you’ll hear him using pretty impressive cycling analogies.

Reid Jackson - Luminar is a partner at Luminar Ventures, based in Sweden and investing across the Nordics. A former founder before entering venture, he has now worked for VC firms in SF, London and Stockholm. 

Sebastian Mandal - Stratson is co-founder and CEO of Stratson, building an AI harness that automates estimation, subcontractors, and VDC for construction teams. He started coding at nine, built software used by 250,000 people, and placed third at the 2025 SpaceXAI hackathon.

Cecilia Wang - Accel joined Accel in 2021 from Revolut’s Strategy team. She is focused on early stage investments and based in their London office. She was born in Sweden, but grew up in Hong Kong.

Joel Jussila – SILTA runs SILTA, the Finnish hacker house that sends founders to the San Francisco Bay Area for three months at a time. SILTA was piloted by Aalto Entrepreneurship Society, the student society behind Slush and Junction.

Ian Stendera – Ardoq is Chief Product Officer at Ardoq, the enterprise architecture SaaS platform, where he's been for over twelve years. He started out building the company's first customer-facing teams before moving into product.

Andrea Gazvini – Northzone is an Investor at Northzone, with a background in management consulting, PE and investment banking. She also helped set up Antlers second office in 2018. She changed her name from Gunnel to Andrea when she was 15 years… ask her why:)

Øyvind Monsen - Mimir is co-founder and CTO of Mimir, the Oslo-based AI startup automating customer support and operations for e-commerce brands. Before Mimir, he worked in engineer teams at Palantir Technologies in London and at Disruptive Technologies' cloud team.

Simon Cederholm Lyhne – Stealth is building something new in stealth from Aarhus, together with the co-founder of Podimo. Previously and for six years, he was founder and CEO of Shouter, the Danish marketplace for booking vetted handymen, gardeners and cleaners. Before that he co-founded content studio Lyhne Media.

Patrick Timothy Gunn – DNB Carnegie is an investment banker at DNB Carnegie in Oslo. He joined the firm after five years in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Kim Kvaase - Strise is Chief of Staff and Head of People at Strise, the Norwegian platform helping banks and financial institutions automate anti-money-laundering compliance. He joined pre-Series A to build the company's recruitment function from scratch, and now plays a central role in the organisation’s structure and operations.

Louise Hagen - Luminar is a partner in Stockholm based Luminar Ventures, the pre-seed and seed Nordic fund. She is a seasoned executive and has spent time in both the Nordics and US.

Jussi Kallasvuo – Antler is General Partner at Antler in Finland, backing founders from day zero. A two-time founder, he built and exited Evervest, Finland's first fully digital wealth manager, and genetic testing company Negen.

Gustaf Strauss – Memmo is Co-founder and CTO of Memmo, the swedish AI study platform that turns anything you learn from into active learning, and has grown past 75.000 users and growing in the US, Netherlands and Germany. He’s an avid cyclist so we’re looking forward to seeing him on the SF Bike ride!

Veronica Östring – AWS leads the early stage startups vertical for EMEA North at AWS. She works with founders on cloud architecture, go-to-market and getting funding-ready through the AWS startup programmes and founded the AWS Founders Circle.

Adrien Gabizon – Pearl is co-founder and co-CEO of Pearl, building the AI workspace for sales teams. He was Pigment's founding sales hire and spent four years there, running sales across EMEA.
