Arrival & Accommodation in SF
We recommend that you arrive on the 1st/2nd Oct, and that you stay until the 7th Oct. That way, you will be able to attend the full program from Saturday 3rd through Monday 5th, and you will have time for Tech Week and VC meetings on the 6-7th Oct.

Connecting Founders
& VCs
We will share contact details of VCs and Founders so that you can reach out before the event and inquire about meetings on 6-7th Oct.
We have asked the American VCs to set aside time those two days to meet with as many relevant startups as possible, and most of the Nordic VCs will stay until then as well.
Mesh San Francisco kicks off Tech Week in SF.
Mesh San Francisco takes place right before SF Tech Week, bringing together founders, funds and companies from around the globe, making it the ideal moment to gather in SF. Attendees can keep the conversations going during Tech Week at private events across the Bay.
